Open House
Grace Christian Academy is very proud of the activities offered to our students. Each
year, students participate in two fully-produced theatrical productions. Each fall,
students perform in a dramatic play, and, in the spring, they perform in our musical.
Previous productions have included:
Orphan Train, The Lion, the Witch, and the
Wardrobe
, Bugsy Malone, Godspell. This year, we were pleased to present, A
Christmas Carol
and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Students may
also participate in our after school piano lessons taught by Ms. Audrey Evans.

The 2009-2010 school year marked the beginning of a new activity at GCA --
interscholastic sports. For the first time, GCA students competed in co-ed flag football
and basketball against students from other school. Next year, we will be expanding our
schedules to include more games against more schools.

GCA students are involved in serving our community, as well. Students are encouraged
to work at our church-based food shelf which provides full meals for the areas needy.
Students are also involved with the L.A Marathon Shoe Drive and the Pasadena Police
Department's Holiday Drive to provide clothing and toiletries for the homeless.
